Shipping and returns
We ship via USPS (U.S. only) and we do not ship internationally. Please, be sure to check your address as Medievo Candles is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Medievo Candle is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
We are not offering returns, but I do want you to love your purchase! Please, contact me at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work together about a potential store credit, refund or exchange.
If an exchange is accepted: all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any packages sent back to Medievo Candles, without direct contact from me, will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. Please, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filled with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product.
Please be aware that Medievo Candles is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep.
These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:
Candles: Changes in temperature may cause the top of your candle to melt and sweat (fragrance oil separating from the wax) slightly in hot delivery trucks/mailboxes. This occurs naturally and we have no control over the weather! Once your candle is in your home, it will cool down. This does not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.
Linen spray: Different fragrance combinations mixed with our linen mist recipe may cause a milky or cloudy appearance. This is normal and varies from scent to scent. It does not affect the way your mist will work or smell. Be sure to give these a shake before use to mix everything together for the best results.
